This band comes from Varaždin, Croatia and this is their second album. When they released their first album, the music was okay but in my opinion they lacked some punk aggression and although the first album had its moments, it was more poppy than punk effort with too many light songs. This new album comes as a surprise and a really pleasent one! After they made some lineup changes and continued on as a trio they made a step forward as a band. This new album contains 14 songs plus intro and it is a tour de force in melodic punk like no other band does in these northern parts. All the lyrics are in Croatian language and the lyrics are more angry, more straight forward in your face, although they continued that nice personal line in throughout all the songs. The album in on the repeat all the time and I have been listening it for one week solidly and it never ceases to amaze me! There was once in Varaždin one band called Ateisti, that was and still is, the best band from Varaždin in my opinion, but Fajrunt is the only band that filled the hole that was created when Ateisti disbanded.
