(record review)REUTHER-“Like a Ghost”(Get Party Records/Too Hype! Music)

Reuther is a band hailing from Detroit, USA and it was formed in 2013. by the founding members James Vee and Daniel Stover out of the ashes of some of their older projects.

This is their first full length album and it contains 9 songs. The music borders between pop punk and more faster melodic punk rock and these guys really have some appeal for me in their song structures. Meaning, the songs are not boring to listen to. Vocals are great and not annoying as some bands are and backing vocals are excellent harmonies. Production wise the album is a powerhouse, everything is made as it should be. Lyricwise, I think the band relies more on a personal side of things and its okay, not all punk bands should scream and rant about injustice system and politics. The rythm nicely varies between faster, more aggressive songs and slower punk rock anthems. Fans of more punk rock melodic side of things will find Reuther the next big thing and really enjoy this fine effort. I am sure I did! Top songs: “Like a Ghost”, “Statement”.

(new video) INFALL RELEASE A NEW VIDEO FOR “DECAY”!

Italian math/hardcore act Infall has revealed a new video for “Decay”, new single taken from the album “Silent” out in November 2017 via This Is Core. The video was directed by Leonardo Amati, bass player of one of the most relevant hardcore band in Europe, Slander. Guitarist Michele Roverselli says: “‘Decay’ talks about the relativity of aesthetics. It’s a reflection on youth and beauty, on things passing by and losing sense. It’s about surrending to the addiction to what, lightly, makes our short life pleasable.

Tepih Na Paleti festival has reached its ninth edition this year! And it is going to be awesome! They just confirmed the full lineup for this year and it kicks ass! The last bands confirmed are:

For all the die hard hardcore fans there comes Risk It from East Germany. This 5 piece outfit was found in 2009 and since then they’ve played countless shows around the world including some of the biggest hardcore festivals. We have to point out that they’ve played famous »This Is Hardcore Festival« in Philadelphia.
Energy and sincerity! No compromise, just hardcore.

Another crazy band from Czech Republic HOPES. They will keep you from standing still. This band is a mix between classic hardcore from 90’s, mixed up with modern punk rock feeling with influence of nu-metal riffs.

Saucesce from Zagreb, Croatia is a melodic Horror-Punk band formed from members of Fraktura Mozga,Pičke Vrište and Mašinko.

If you are a fan of Propagandhi then you’ll definitely like Kriva Istina. This melodic hardcore-punk band was formed in 2002 located in Slavonski Brod, Croatia. With strong lyrics about antifascism, social and political situations in the world.

Vasectomy is a death metal band from Murska Sobota, Slovenia. A perfect mix between heavy, slamming parts and fast beats.

MBurns from Crikvenica, Croatia play modern atmospheric metal, with groovy riffs, aggressive and fast songs and a lot of memorable melodic parts.

Kraj Programa. A female fronted pop-punk band from Rijeka, Croatia will leave a smile on your face.

Levi’s, Doc Martens, braces, polo shirts and shaved heads! We present you Croatian working class street-punk heroes SpokOi!
