Bristol melodic punks The Run Up are heading over to mainland Europe for a two week stint of shows based around their appearance at Obenuse Festival in Zurich along with Propagandhi, Radioactivity, No Trigger and a host of others.
After the band released their debut self titled length length at the end of 2017 via Real Ghost Records (UK) and Get Party Records (CA) and their US tour which finished at THE FEST, The Run Up have been planning several mini missions to Europe, with this tour being the first, aptly named ‘Fuck this, lets go!’ tour.
“We are really excited to finally get out to mainland Europe. Its been a long time coming and we cant wait. We are crossing paths with some buds from around the world on this tour. And we are so stoked to be playing Obenuse. Its one of the best DIY punk rock festivals in Europe, organised by some of the best humans in the world and its an honor to be playing alongside so many amazing bands” says Daniel, bassist of The Run Up.
The tour includes a raft of shows playing with bands such as Heavy Heart, Spanish Love Songs, No Trigger and Not Scientists.

*W/ SPANISH LOVE SONGS **W/ NO TRIGGER
The WAB from Spain were formed as a reaction to the disappointment with the current state of the punkrock underground scene.
Categorizing their music as brutal punk, a mixture of uncompromising raw strength of pure punkrock and metal influences and driven by strong DIY ethics and love for the underground scene, they recently released their new single called “Drunk With Power”. You can listen/watch here and watch out for the album “…and kill the worms” coming soon!
