Italian hardcore/metal act Browbeat has revealed today their personal version of the famous Madball track “Hold It Down”. About the new track, the band says: “Our own personal tribute to an NYHC legend. A band that has strongly influenced our music and that we had the honour to share the stage with during the summer. STAY HC!!!”. The new album “Remove The Control”, is available now in physical and digital via Indelirium Records.

Italy´s Goofy Head released their new record with Lostdog Records and I listened and reviewed the record for our zine.
Italian underground scene is full of excellent bands of all genres and Goofy Head are a band just to my liking. They play melodic punk and play it fast, some call it Ramonescore, in the vein of Teenage Bottlerocket, The Lillingtons, Screeching Weasel…meaning fast paced drums, beautiful vocal and guitar melodies and three chords punk, ready, steady, go! The lyrics to the songs are horror and sci fi inspired in many songs, but also have a lot humour in them. This band must surely sound super live, so I would definitely have to catch them somewhere when they play gigs. This is feel good record to return smile to your weary face on this hot Summer days. Recommended songs: Evil Sweet, Scream Queen Chica, Now And Again.
