Vancouver comic-themed unit The Corps are thrilled to announce the vinyl release of their debut album, Tales From 2814. Due out October 18th via Thousand Islands Records, the release will be limited to 250 “Lantern Grey” translucide vinyl records with pre-orders available now. Local fans will be able to secure a copy at The Corps vinyl release show at SBC Restaurant in Vancouver on October 18th, details HERE.

The announcement follows the music video release of “Breakfast at Pamela’s”, in which the band pays hommage to Journey’s video for “Separate Ways”. Definitely a must watch! Check it out HERE.

Self-released in digital and CD formats in 2018, Tales From 2814 was recorded by JJ Heath at Rain City Recorders, mastered by Stu McKillop and produced by JJ Heath and The Corps. It features artwork by Troy Nixey.

As darkness slithered unnoticed into 2814 posing as music, few were aware of the ever dimming light. But there were four souls who saw through the lies. The gods they had served for years, still on the battle field, will someday relent with pride and pass down the torch.
