Dutch punk rock bands Ink Bomb and No Breakfast Goodbye were in the studio for new recordings last weekend. Drum tracks for these new recordings have already been completed. Both bands are recording three new songs at Fiction Studio, Ink Bomb guitarist Quirijn Foeken’s studio. The way in which the songs will be released will be announced later.
| Ink Bomb front person Joost Hoedemaeckers: “We have used this time of lock down and social distancing to write new material. We had ample time since all shows have been canceled! Even before the corona crisis we wanted to cooperate with our friends in No Breakfast Goodbye. When we were both planning recordings it was an easy choice to combine our plans.” No Breakfast Goodbye singer and guitarist Simon Janssen adds: “It’s cool that we as punk bands from our hometown of Nijmegen can work together like this. This way we can support and reinforce each others efforts. We’re looking forward to our future release plans!” |
