LHAÄD stream BABYLON DOOM CULT RECORDS debut at Black Metal Promotion!

At present, the Belgian Hadopelagic Black Metal entity LHAÄD     (Hemelbestormer, Entartung, Wolven & Rituals of the Dead Hand) is streaming its debut ‘BELOW’ in its entirety on BLACK METAL PROMOTION!

 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9wx-4em7D3s

‘Below’ shall be released on December 10, 2021, via Babylon Doom Cult Records, Extraconscious Records and Fólkvangr Records.

Lhaäd creates its own unique, claustrophobic and dense atmosphere, as if a wall of water comes crushing down on you.

Influenced by industrial and intense sounding bands like Mysticum, Thorns and Darkspace,

‘Below’, where light is absent: the perfect surroundings for hadopelagic black metal.
Named after Hades, the Greek god of the dead and the underworld, Lhaäd is an anagram for hadal: the deepest region of the ocean, lying within oceanic trenches.

‘Below’ is a 41-minute dive into the deepest of the deep.
The pressure and lack of oxygen will make thine head spin, and going too deep will most definitely result in a certain death. Therefore extreme caution is advised before you enter the deep waters of Lhaäd.

(review) Justify All Means – Power Inside e.p. (WTF Records)

Holland hardcore punk scene has always been great and one of my favorite Euro hardcore scenes with so many great bands from the nineties until today. Justify All Means are from Holland and this is their new e.p. out with WTF Records. New e.p. contains four songs in about ten minutes or so. Music of Justify All Means is angry hardcore punk, bordering between moshing groove parts and old school street punk influences. Lyrics are about lost friendship, against war and weapons selling, finding the strength in yourself to carry on in hard times and I must admit it all sounds pretty powerful. Vocals remind me at times of Krmpa from Croatian hardcore heroes Deafness By Noise and gang backing vocals are made for singing along at gigs. My personal favorite is Unleash The Beast being more oi influenced songs reminding me of my roots. So support your local hardcore punk scene and check this one out.

(review) Zebrahead – III

Zebrahead have been around for a long time, delivering their vision of rap mixed with skate punk, pop punk and metal influenced guitar work. I was supposed to check them out live at 2020 Punk Rock Holiday but due to known reasons that didnt happen, so I hope to catch them somewhere on tour in Europe in 2022. In the meantime, they delivered new e.p. containing five songs. My personal favorite is A Long Way Down, also Homesick for Hope is superb too. Everyone who checked their last two full lengths will know what I mean when I say that they continued their path musically like those two records, meaning a mixture of punk rock, metallic guitar riffs, some rap, pop punk and above all, great songwriting. Go get this one and have a listen!
