MESLAMTAEA set release date for BABYLON DOOM CULT RECORDS album ‘WEEMOEDSKLANKEN’ and reveal first track on label’s website!

At present, BABYLON DOOM CULT RECORDS is thrilled to announce the brand new full-length album ‘WEEMOEDSKLANKEN’ by the Dutch unorthodox black metal ensemble MESLAMTAEA!


A release date is set for February 25th, 2022 and shall come in the following formats: CD / DIGITAL / LP

‘WEEMOEDSKLANKEN’ (Dutch for sounds of melancholy) deals with the struggle of time and impermanence:        


“Again…. yet again I awake in the dead of night, drenched in sweat. Woken by an atrocious autumn storm, pounding on the windows, begging for attention. Gloom…. The changing of the seasons seems to have become a fast repeating ritual. Irreversible. With dazzling speed we’re heading for the inevitable black beacon that marks the end of life. While my hair is gradually turning gray, the color of the world I’m immersed in. The heart transforms into the shape of cracked ground. The growing realization that there’s no grasp… No grasp on time, that’s been cruel of the ever increasing menacing world. Mother Earth’s antics indicate she’s fed up with it all. And so am I. Meanwhile, time passes by, like the parched leaves blowing against the window. The night is black and I try to fall asleep again. Tomorrow is another day…”

(recenzija) Frost – Winterblood

Postoji više bendova i projekata ovog imena, kao i pojedinaca. U ovom slučaju riječ je o mađarskim veteranima koji su na sceni još od 1996. Ovo im je peti dugosvirajući. Zasigurno mogu reči da je ovo jedno od najboljih black metal izdanja godine 2021. Odličan atmosferični melodični black metal, epski, a agresivan. Rifovi su totalno odlični i poželiš da si ti napisao ovu pjesmu kada slušaš stvari s ovog albuma, koji nema fillera, apsolutno sve pjesme su zakon. Mid tempo se miksa s blastbeat dionicama, synth dodaje atmosferu, a odlični tekstovi su još jedna prednost ovog albuma. Ono što najviše fascinira je vokal koji je totalno blekerski, ali razumiješ u većini slučajeva što pjeva i to je još jedan plus ovakvom bendu. Meni najdraže stvari su nekako The Night i Winter(To Die In The Mountains Of Bukk). Fenomenalan album.

French punk rock band, SALVATION, releases new single and video for – Echos!

“Echos” music video is the latest release from SALVATION, a Punk Rock/Pop Rock quartet from Marseille/France. A 13-track album is currently in production, along with a debut video.

With a powerful and deceptively simplistic Punk Rock sound, with very structured titles with a very pop rendering, sprinkled with vocal harmonies for 3 voices, SALVATION is influenced by bands like Green Day, Blink 182, NOFX, Simple Plan, Sum 41.

SALVATION is formed by William RAZZA and Pierre-Emmanuel TOUCHARD guitarists/vocals (1st part by Dagoba, Anti Flag, Justine, Mute). Loïc MICHAUD joins the group as bassist/chorus player after 3 years of touring Europe with the group No Perfect in the first part of Uncommonmenfrommars. His bass playing and vocal harmonies brought melodies and power to SALVATION. Martin VENTURINI (drummer) joins the adventure and brings even more energy and dynamism to SALVATION!
