Watch the raw energy and urgent hardcore punk from Human Issue in the new video “Circles”!

“Circles” is the new track from Human Issue, a musical collective focusing its energy on raw and urgent hardcore punk. Human Issue is the brainchild of Hunter Martinez, a musician who has played in such bands as Decent Criminal, Dwarves, and Slaughterboys. Check out the music video for “Circles”:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KQ54qLlHK80&t=6s

The project finds Hunter recording with an impressive roster of collaborators, including Rikk Agnew (Adolescents, Christian Death), Crow Jane (Egrets of Ergot, Prissy Whip), Bryan Lothian (A Global Threat), and Corrupted Youth’s Raul and Riff Cuellar, who co-produced Human Issue’s forthcoming debut EP, Faceless. Nameless.

Faceless. Nameless will be out on February 18th via Rad Girlfriend Records.

“It’s a song about feeling the sense of redundancy in years of substance dependency. There’s this kind of fear and anxiety that comes with this feeling. How much time you’ve spent being fucked up in your life, and can you overcome it? There’s a lot of sadness in realizing you wanna make a change but lie to yourself and haven’t taken the step to do so.” – said Hunter Martinez.

BIO:Human Issue’s first offering ‘Faceless.Nameless’ is raw and impactful; guttural vocals deliver lyrics that resonate, backed by fast, punchy riffs that make this debut hard to ignore. Drawing inspiration from fast-paced punk and hardcore, expressing an accumulation of pent-up frustration and anger, this release is honest, gritty and gripping. In its infancy, Human issue was a solo project with Hunter Martinez utilizing his strength on drums and challenging himself vocally.

As time went on the project evolved and formed into a concept of artist collaboration, each making their mark on the tracks, becoming a collective and complimenting each other’s contribution. This concept gives the project fluidity, each release going forward will feature different artists lending their talents as well as returning guests. This approach puts everyone involved front and center, delivering from their core.
Featuring members of Adolescents, A Global Threat, Dwarves, Melted, Decent Criminal, Crow Jane.

Italian ska punk rock legends Talco released new song!

“Behind a passion that allows you to live what you love, there is a lot of work and, sometimes, little valued. Precisely for this reason music can be lived as pure life, but it can also become a prison, especially for a fragile mind, thrown into a frenetic videogame, in which it is suffocated by a load of responsibility, judgments and expectations. In those moments you wonder if it is worth continuing to feel betrayed by a muse to whom you have dedicated your life, who repays you with uncontrollable anxiety, while delighting with unscrupulous businessmen and mercenaries in search of economic feedback, haters free to throw mud with no brakes. Is it time to go “Via”? This was what I was thinking when writing this song. But “Via” is only the beginning of a journey, we will discover its outcome only when the “Videogame” finally sees its light!
