(recenzija) Behemoth – In Absentia Dei(Nuclear Blast)

Poljski teškaši Behemoth slave 30 godina postojanja i kako bolje proslaviti tu obljetnicu u godinama s malo ili ništa festivala i turneja zbog dobro nam poznatih razloga, nego live albumom. Ovaj dvostruki cd i Blu Ray u izdanju Nuclear Blasta donosi presjek setlistu svih hitova iz dugogodišnje karijere benda kao što su From The Pagan Vastlands do novijih hitova kao što je Bartzabel. Kapa dolje frontmanu Nergalu koji ima poprilično problema u Poljskoj zbog svojih uvjerenja, preživio je leukemiju i to težak oblik i zvuči bolje no ikad. Ostatak benda zvuči uigrano i moćno i njihova kombinacija death metala i black metala s poprilično okultnom tematikom ima tešku atmosferu mraka, uz poneku epsku melodiju u obliku sola gitare ili rifova. Sviđa mi se što na novijim albumima Nergal ne koristi više iskljućivo growl death metal pjevanje, već i clean vokal kao i gnjevno vikanje, više u stilu thrash metala. No, ovaj album je čista energija i svojevrsni spektakularni vizualni best of ovog benda i želim mu još dugo godina i puno odličnih albuma. Respect!

Polish black metal entity HEGEROTH: second song from Sacra Doctrina album!

Polish black metal band HEGEROTH presents the second single from their upcoming, fourth album titled “Sacra Doctrina”. The premiere of the album is scheduled for January 24, 2022 and will be released on digital format and CD by the band.

At present, the Belgian Hadopelagic Black Metal entity LHAÄD     (Hemelbestormer, Entartung, Wolven & Rituals of the Dead Hand) is streaming its debut ‘BELOW’ in its entirety on BLACK METAL PROMOTION!

‘Below’ shall be released on December 10, 2021, via Babylon Doom Cult Records, Extraconscious Records and Fólkvangr Records.  
 

Lhaäd creates its own unique, claustrophobic and dense atmosphere, as if a wall of water comes crushing down on you.

Influenced by industrial and intense sounding bands like Mysticum, Thorns and Darkspace,

‘Below’, where light is absent: the perfect surroundings for hadopelagic black metal.
Named after Hades, the Greek god of the dead and the underworld, Lhaäd is an anagram for hadal: the deepest region of the ocean, lying within oceanic trenches.

‘Below’ is a 41-minute dive into the deepest of the deep.
The pressure and lack of oxygen will make thine head spin, and going too deep will most definitely result in a certain death. Therefore extreme caution is advised before you enter the deep waters of Lhaäd.
