Edmonton punks Loser Points have debuted a new track called “Where Did All of My Money Go”. The new single is available via Spotify, Apple and many more digital platforms, check it out HERE.
Recorded by Casey Lewis (Belvedere) at Echo Base Studio, the song is the third single released by Loser Points so far this year, and won’t be the last since the band is actively working on new songs. “Denial & Error”, the band’s most recent album, was released in September of last year.
Bio:
Many bands take years to develop and find a concise, mature sound. Loser Points, as they have done since their inception in 2015, follows no traditional timeline. With their latest full length, Denial & Error, Loser Points trades in the hardcore yells and blazing-fast song structures that earned them their place in the upper-echelon of the western Canadian punk scene in favour of hook-filled rock songs and massive, unforgettable choruses.
Minneapolis based Off With Their Heads released their brand new full length album with Epitaph. This record contains 11 epic melodic emotional punkrock songs done with heart and kicking you right in heart and mind and bringing tears of sadness with a touch of melancholy combined with smiling and hope on your face and making you say thanks a lot for loving punkrock, loving this music and loving this band. The vocalist has one of the nicest voices that I ever heard in punkrock sounding harsh and melodic and sad at the same time. This is your melodic mid tempo, maybe even slow punkrock with some indie influences, I can even hear some doo wop and also pop in the song structures. I love all the songs, but if I must mention my favorites that would be: Disappear, Take Me Away, Let It All and Locking Eyes. For sure, one of the best albums to come out this year.
Hangtime (Toronto Melodic punk) have a new video out (the 3rd off their Invasion EP released earlier this year). This is a great song we like and also cool video so check it out below and also go grab the e.p.
