Orange County hardcore legends Ignite proved yet again that there is life after the departure of their long time singer Zoli Teglas. New vocalist Eli Santana is more than capable and I love how the band does not copy old times with new singer, rather staying in more faster, aggressive and hardcore side of things, at the same time retaining melody. This one is a keeper! I can´t wait to hear the new album as a whole.

Italian Sunset Radio are no strangers to the pages of this webzine. These melodic punks recently released new e.p. with cover songs which influenced them in their youth, hence the title of the e.p. Besides already known hits like International You Day(NUFAN), Linoleum(Nofx), here is also nice interesting choice covering of Boys Of Summer by Don Henley and it is my personal favorite on this e.p. Lagwagon´s Alien 8 is always my beloved song, not matter who covers it. The e.p. also contains guest performances by awesome guests like Etienne from Mute, Hans from F.O.D., Brian from Vanilla Sky and many more…usually I am not keen on cover albums, but this e.p. is okay and worth listening.
Trophy Jump have a brand-new video out to, which is the best preview of their new album we could have asked for! Always with the respect to the DIY spirit, this self-made video consists of two songs from the upcoming release that approach the topic of not having enough time to do what you truly want in life. The band’s debut full-length “feels” is scheduled to be released on 22.02.2022. digitally, and as a CD or a cassette via JeboTon (CRO), Horn & Hoof Records (UK), Nasty Cut Records (EU) and We’re Trying Records (US). Trophy Jump has already quite a few album promo shows booked for spring around Europe and UK e.g. Bristol Booze Cruise Festival and club shows in Vienna, Copenhagen, Zagreb, Ljubljana etc. with more to come in the following months.
