The Dutch punk rock band No Breakfast Goodbye is releasing a new single today! The track ‘No Dice’ is part of the upcoming split EP the band recorded during the lockdown period with their friends from Ink Bomb. It’s the second single the band releases after “The Losers Club”.
Singer Simon Janssen: “No Dice is actually an up-tempo break-up song. It was about time to put an end to that chapter once and for all. Corny isn’t it?”
The entire split EP will be released worldwide on the 18th of June on CD and vinyl and is up for pre-order here.
Biography No Breakfast Goodbye No Breakfast Goodbye is a pop punk and skate punk group. Known for its energetic live performances and catchy songs, the Dutch band left their mark on many stages across the Netherlands and Germany. After their particapation in 2019’s Punkathon, the band is now gearing up for their first official release.John Dobinson,
Blitzkid were and always be on horror punk throne besides The Crimson Ghosts, The Other, BZFOS and couple of more legendary bands. But Blitzkid boys are the best for me and I was so sad when they split up in 2012 leaving throne of horror punk vacant. Now, in 2021 Argyle Goolsby and TB Monstrosity are back with new live album recorded also as DVD for their Halloween live performance due to covid 19 restrictions. This jewel contains 19 songs that are absolute hits but I would love to see couple of more personal favorites of mine on this record, knowing these songs that I think of were always standards in Blitz´s set list. But all the fan favorites like Starlite Decay, She Dominates, Mary And The Storm, These Walls, Love Like Blood, Hellraiser and many others are here, so we will not be sad or dissatisfied. Blitzkid we wish you a bloody warm welcome and long live the horror!!!!
Wow! That is only I can say when I think of new Harker record. UK´s Harker have a new opus with 10 anthems of bedazzling melodic punk rock. The music is very uplifting and melodic, just made for singing along and humming to every fantastic chorus, guitar melody and vocal line. Harmonies between lead and backing vocals are done great and clever use of electronics only emphasize great songwriting skill of this band. This is not your fast skatepunk hardcore punk story, but thoughtful and cleverly imagined and written melodic punk with lots of pop punk influences. Lyrics are rather personal and I think everyone of us who lives can relate at least to one of the songs that is to become their personal highlight upon listening to this record. Mine are: Adulthood and The Grey Lady. This is for sure one of the best melodic punk records that came out this year until now.
