Pulley share video to ‘Repeat Offender’!

Skate-Punk legends Pulley have release a well received new album called ‘The Golden Life’ on SBÄM Records in 2022. After releasing videos for their singles ‘Lonely’ and ‘Golden Life’, Pulley now come along with a banger music video for the album opener, ‘Repeat Offender’.

A video that not only shows the band performing in front of a trailer that reminds us a lot of the cover artwork of ‘The Golden Life’ – it also transports the story the song tells us about constantly antagonizing.

California emo and pop-punk band Pity Party is coming back with new EP on SBÄM!

California emo and pop-punk band Pity Party is coming back after their 2020 album ‘Concrete’ (A-F Records) and their 2022 single ‘Toxic’ with a new EP set for release as early as August 2023.

‘Our new EP titled ‘Sick Sad World Survival Guide’ is a re-recording/re-imagining of some of our older favorite songs from our first LP Gnarbage, along with a cover and a brand new song ‘Ionize My Enemies’. This collection of songs comes from our early 20’s when we were doing stupid stuff, watching close friends die, holding each other through the worst and finding ourselves on the other side,’ says vocalist and guitarist Sarah Levy.

‘Sick Sad World Survival Guide’ will be released on August 24 via SBÄM Records. Pre-order is already underway and there will only be a limited edition on colored vinyl.

Pity Party is an emo/pop-punk band from the SF/Bay Area, CA. Characterized by their frenzied, unforgettable live shows and fierce dedication to community outreach and mental health advocacy, Pity Party have been spreading their wild, barely-holding-it-together energy across the US since 2014. After years of touring the US, supporting acts like Jawbreaker, The Ergs! and Bad Cop/Bad Cop, having dipped their toes in touring internationally in 2019, Pity Party are ready to spread their love to the world.

Spoilers (UK) present new single and video ‘Peaches and Cream’!

Canterbury, UK. “Living the dream – You can have everything in life you ever wanted and dreamed of… and it does make you happy most of the time.”, says the band is the song about.  “People making their lives look like a fairy tale and insanely happy… and then when you run into them they’re actually having a really bad time.”

Inspired by anxiety and depression this high energy song kicks ass but tells an important message at the same time: Being stuck between living the dream and feeling out of place, between feeling great and being envious.

“It was something a bloke I used to drink with would say, he’d have a really
positive story always ending somehow on a downer.”, singer Dan Goatham (also known for being in SNUFF) “And he once said “well, it ain’t all peaches and cream.” So I stole it.”

The hammond organ on the song is played by Simon Short, known for his apperance in the Seattle based band The Drowns.
