Dugo nismo imali neki japanski bend na stranicama ovog zinea. Galneryus su iz Osake/Tokya i na sceni su od 2001.i ovo ime je šesnaesti dugosvirajući album koji sadrži osam pjesama od kojih je jedna svojevrstan intro. Muzika koju Galneryus sviraju je power/true metal s daškom fantasya i ratničkog etosa, ali istovremeno s puno neoklasičnih utjecaja, kao i progresivnog metala i sve to upakirano u album zvuči sasvim odlično, kao miks starog Rhapsodya i Blind Guardiana, barem je mene podsjetilo na te bendove. Spoj odličnih gitarskih melodija i žešćih pasaža sa odličnim vokalom i harmonijama na backing vokalima, kao i super napisanih pjesama daju ovom bendu neku čar, kakvu već dugo nisam čuo. Pjesme su duže, ali ni sekundu nisu dosadne ili se ne ponavljaju. Meni su osobni favoriti pjesme ‘Time Will Tell’, ‘With Pride’ i ‘Bravehearts’. Odličan album.
No Point in Living is hailing from Japan and it has been in the scene since 2015. This is very prolific entity under mastermind, one individual called Yu. This is the brand new opus and it contains seven songs. Music of No Point in Living can be described as a mixture between depressive suicidal black metal, more aggressive and raw black metal and atmospheric black metal with longer songs and so many emotions in this opus, making me remember why I love black metal so much as a means of expressing darkness, atmosphere, feelings and your innermost self and demons. Lyrically this opus delves in waters of self hate, depression, hopelessness, making it out of this alive or dead, darkness and nihilism and misanthropy. Vocals are deeper in some songs like singing from coffin or beneath the earth, gloomy and dark, so is guitar work, but there are lots of tempo changes in song parts but retaining some really melodic, at times acoustic synth backed parts to make it almost a vessel comprised of soundscape black ship which takes your mind and body to other spiritual dark dimension in which you feel painful but good at the same time. My personal favorites on this one are: ‘All or Nothing’, ‘Beautiful Tragedy’ and ‘Song of Loser’.
“Fragments of Memories” is a track taken from Heterogeneous Andead upcoming album “Chaotic Fragments” due for release on April 8th via Wormholedeath worldwide.HETEROGENEOUS ANDEAD is a Melodic & Symphonic Electro Death/Thrash metal band in Tokyo, Japan. The sound is based on Thrash metal with Progressive metal, added the Electronic & Symphonic sounds, and all of them is sung by Mezzo-soprano & female growl voices. We’ve released one EP & album so far, so this album will be our third release. We don’t change the concept and aimed to further improve the level while making it understandable as Heterogeneous Andead music immediately after listening. There are songs with more progressive elements in this album, and we also take on new challenges such as triple time. It also features more guitar harmonies and the synthesizer’s sound is more emphasized than before. The performance of each part is also more energetic. This album has only 8 songs, but I think that all the songs are good quallity to be the lead track of the album. In this album Yusuke Kiyama worked on mixing / mastering, so all the sounds are our ideals.
