(new single/video) Polish punk metal band SKØV released video to the new song titled ‘Above The Earth’!

SKØV is a Polish punk metal band from Wrocław, formed in 2017. Someone said that we play like razors, jump like kangaroos and we are murderous, precise whelps who play with fucking anger.

Band have just released video to the new song ‘Above The Earth’

This track was recorded at Nebula Studio (The MateriaGoryczTides From Nebula) in Warsaw (PL) and mixed&mastered by Mateusz Bajan.

Band commentary: ‘The song was inspired by a scandal from a few years ago regarding the discovery of mass graves of children of indigenous people in Canada. Ultimately, we used this theme as a symbol of the many harms that the institution of the church has done to local cultures around the world, taking their identities and destroying their original systems of beliefs and values. The track is the first in a series of singles we plan to release in the coming months.’

(news – punk rock) The Dead Krazukies to release new heavy anthem ‘Captain Crust’ on May 12 – New album ‘From The Underworld’ coming in Summer

The Dead Krazukies release new single ‘Captain Crust’ on May 12
– the band from France shows new nuances in their music with a heavy hitting mid-tempo song.

Hossegor. A singalong choir, mid-tempo almost hard rock beats are not what is very typical for the melodic-skate punk band The Dead Krazukies. Nevertheless ‘Captain Crust’ is as heavy as can be and such a powerful melodic track that will leave every listener impressed by the broad spectrum of the band’s sound. In addition the scratchy yet extremely powerful voice of singer Maider makes The Dead Krazukies kind of the Powermetal of Punkrock.

‘Captain Crust’ will be released digitally on May 12 with a video coming a few days later!

About The Dead Krazukies:
Think Pennywise, Rise Against and a bit of Anti-Flag and you’ve got The Dead Krazukies! Since 2010, the band from Hossegor brings out a concentrate of catchy melodic punk, raw energy and 90’s surf and skate culture.

In 2016, their first self-produced album, ‘The Northern Belle’ was a great success and directly established the group in the European skatepunk scene. After a lot of shows and festivals, they end up in 2019 opening for the Punk in Drublic Festival with legendary Bad Religion and NOFX on the French date of the event.

In November 2020, the band released ‘Icarus’ during the pandemic through SoundSpeed Records (USA), SBAM Records (Europe) and Punk&Disorderly (Canada).  The album was a hit and became quickly sold-out.

Fueled by troubled times, the frustration of not touring and the musical path already initiated by Icarus, The Dead Krazukies is back with a brand new piece of raging tunes, ‘From the Underworld’ which release is due June 16 2023 through SBAM Records and Kicking Records.

The 10 songs, mixed by Christian Carvin and mastered by Jason Livermore at the Blasting Room, oscillate between So-Cal Punk Rock and Old School Metal with no fear to explore new territories.

At the same time surprising and bold, From The Underworld won’t leave you indifferent. The Dead Krazukies intends to defend this album on stage and take everything in its wake.
